  This is a rating of the establishment not the barbers. It would be nice if the hostess informs customers when a barber will be taking a 1 hour lunch and provide them an alternative barber if needed. I waited 2 hours to get a cut or come back another time. Usual wait is 1 hour on Saturday mornings for a preferred barber. There's a couple of really decent barbers worth waiting for once you get to know them. Just setting expectations would be very helpful. Ex: hostess can call each client 5 min before their turn comes up if they can't stand & wait 2hours when there not enough chairs. Also place takes cash only so go prepared. Pricing is fair.
